40°s this morning, finished some chores around the house then head out for a Beach ride for a hotdog with cooked red onion sauce and spicey mustard (like a N.Y. pushcart Sabrett) BoyHowdy cooldude. The day warmed up to 60° and I so enjoyed this ride, no humidity, crystal clear day. I fell in love with this bike again, simply lugging along 30-35mph in 5th gear and rolling on the throttle and accelerating with ease. What other bikes can do that?

View from Sand-Key Bridge facing The Gulf of Mexico, connecting Sand-Key to Clearwater Beach spanning Clearwater Pass.

The same Bridge, opposite side heading North you see the Intra-Coastal Waterway with the Clearwater Bridge connecting the Beach to the Mainland spanning the Intra-Coastal Waterway.

Sand-Key Sate Park below, South side of the Bridge. Nice area with lots for Tourists to do and great places to eat.

Clearwater Beach Hotels and some private Condos. So much for building on solid ground.

South along Gulf Blvd. to Indian Shores.

This is a private drive for private owned Condo's. It has public beach access for feet only. No motorized vehicles, although the beach access shot was too tempting on such a beautiful day. I was being watched from a window, I waved, and I don't think they minded my trespass for the photo.

Neighboring town of Indian Rocks Beach.

Ate lunch here https://www.frabottas.com/ All the food is good, from sandwiches to dinner.

We are heading out today for another lunch ride, hopefully our friends can make it on their new bikes, and I can test run my new summer helmet. The weather is just too nice today. A MUST RIDE Day.

Possible to add a review on the Rivco pegs, and are they in the furthest back position option?

Hi guys, thanks for the comments.

Jeff, I'll be out as much as possible before the summer heat, this is my riding weather. Trying to arrange something for this coming week or weekend with a friend for a destination in Homosassa. I still need to work out the details. Keep an eye on the board. I know it's a haul for you from Naples Shocked

TJ, congratulations on the new ride cooldude

Jerry,
I can write a review if you like. The long and short of it is I don't like them. I MUCH PREFER the Black Kuryakin Ergo III (which is what I had and sold) Thinking these would be better. I think they look sharp/sleek but that's about it. If you need more detail I can give it, don't want to slam them too bad, I'm sure some folks like them.

Well probably not needed as I have not known a good review to date so I guess I was hoping for one. I like the higher position and the stealth look as the Ergos are bulky and low, but I guess the best answer.

They have one more adjustment to the rear (closer to rider) You're welcome to try them, I'd swap you if yours are Black Ergo III's...NOT Ergo II's.
The Ergo III's are the cat's meow on our bikes, most adjustment in all directions available. Very heavy and kind of bulky but work well if you use highway pegs.

This is what I had and regret selling.

This is the sad replacement.

Try them if you like, they will look sharp on your black bike. I honestly will not be replacing them. I'm just not a highway peg guy.

I bought Ergo III's in Black to put on my B - Stinger! And I like them alot. They are a heavier but well built.
Nice ride report and glad you were able to get out in the great weather. Happy Riding in 2022  coolsmiley
