Rheumatoid arthritis and covid 19

In 2010 i started on meds to control my arthritis. It was under control until i got the covid shots. It took me a while to figure it out. I went from uncomfortable to can not walk. The pain was off the charts.
I see a rheumatologist at VA. I have also been to two outside Doctors when I was not happy with the progress at VA. All info was used to help with my treatment.
As of right now , it is somewhat under control. All my meds will be changed and new drugs will be tried.
I was stable for 11 years . I insisted that the info be put in my med records and I will not take the booster shot at this time.
If your arthritis has acted up after the covid shots , your meds may need to be reevaluated.
This morning I received a call from VA that my new meds were back ordered due to a sudden high demand???

I don't yet take meds for my arthur but it sure has a bite worse than its bark at times, especially over the last few months. Ross, your experience with the covid shots may explain it for me. If it doesn't go back to the previous level I may need to revisit it with my primary or spec dr.

Sorry to hear this and appreciate the warning.
I know three families who seem to have lost loved ones to these shots. One passed unexpectedly less than 4 hours later. One passed 3 weeks later after suffering steadily declining health after getting the shot. The last lost his 30 something son to an "out of the blue" stroke 3 days after his jab. I also have a relative who was hospitalized due to jab side effects immediately after the jab but is out now.
While I certainly can't say "the bat flu" is safer than the jabs I will say there seem to be few good choices out there.

Interesting Ross.......I had some minor issues with arthritis in ring finger left hand. Got my 3rd (booster) COVID shot in September and have recently experienced some issues in the pinky finger left hand AND new discomfort in ring and pinky finger in RIGHT hand. Keeping an eye on everything right now...have an annual physical early Feb 2022 and will bring it up then if this continues or gets any worse.
Good observation on your part. Thanks for the heads up.
