I now know of 8 people who have succumbed to a "new" sickness.

Is there a new "bug" being spread?

Or is it a flu that Dr's don't seem to have a test for yet?

What were their symptoms, and did they have them in common?

Yep in common. As described on this forum by a couple of members.

Make in 9 Britman,

Hit me last week on Christmas break... Light head, headache, elevated heart rate, no appetite, slight congestion, diarrhea, lack of energy.

Took about 3 days before I felt improvement. Tested negative for the Rona.

I was sick, as you know, for about 8 days.  Tested negative for the Kung-flu... twice.

If it was a cold, it was a bad-ass cold.  Didn't feel like flu though.

Those testing negative just using the home rapid tests?  I'm kinda leery of them accuracy/false negative wise.

Eeeeeek!

Home the same day? No beds?

The dehydrated thing is weird.

When the Covid started on me my pee was the color of tea (no milk) but I drink water like a fish all day. My fingers and feet swelled up - water retention? Makes me think my kidneys weren't doing what they should have?

Good you have recovered.
