You could try 2057 bulbs but you might want to check if there is corrosion between the bulbs and sockets or in the other connections.

LED's are nice, not much power draw, but you can not just replace the lamps.  Yo also have to add a resistance module so that they will blink right........

I am running Custom Dynamics turn signals and a Radiantz tail/brake light. I don't think you will go wrong with either one. They both offer comparable turn signal lights. I think Radiantz has the edge on tail/brake lights, they are really bright; custom made to fit the maximum number of LEDs in the stock taillight fixture.
You will need an electronic signal relay or a load equalizer. My choice is the electronic signal relay, the load equalizer adds additional load to enable the stock turn signal relay to work properly. This defeats one of the benefits of LEDs, which is lower power draw.

One caution is regarding the front turn signals. You will most likely need to provide a separate running light wire. The oem circuit cuts power to the running lights when the turn signals are activated. This can cause a problem with the LED circuitry. My Custom Dynamics 1057 turn signal LEDs would not work properly until a separate power feed for the running lights was provided.

The Custom Dynamics tech support people are IMHO excellent. They worked with me through many calls to get the job done. I had a problem with one light about two months later, they stood behind the product.
No affiliation, just a satisfied customer.

That cancel feature on the frt. marker lamps can be disabled in the head lamp shell.Check the schematic and you'll see the marker lamps circuit runs through the t/sig switch.

Thanks for all the suggestions...
I will get something done soon.
I never noticed how dim they were until my son was riding my bike home and I was in my car in front of him.

You can replace the bulb with a 3496 and the turn signal will be brighter but the running light is the same brightness as before.
