Our pride and joy machines have come to mean so much more to all of us... I know our girl and I have shared much of importance in our lives together... As we continue on beyond the two decades of partnership, all of us have enjoyed our rides immensely, while at the same time for most of us those bikes have become something of a vivid symbol of all the wonderful things we've come to cherish most in our lives! I tend to think of our girl more than simply as an old acquaintance and more as a major part of that life itself... A 'Legacy' bike, a treasure trove of huge significance that has been an integral part of making all of those years so rich in meaning and experiences. BTW, your friend has two beautiful girls to cherish!

Bruce, as usual, you put down in words, the thoughts many have, but cannot express.
Keep it up, please.
There is no other machine or vehicle that has changed and shaped my life as much as that 1999 GL1500 CT purchased in 3-2000 and I'm so glad I saw that crossed-up dirt track burn out on tv 22 years ago.
When I think back at all the people, places, events, knowledge and general joy it's given, it's overwhelming.
