The Rear & Trunk lights are a bit limited, especially on the Interstates, only showing Turn signals and don't show Parking or Brake action.  I couldn't find a "4 to 2" converter, so... I designed to share.
BTW, this is a pretty simple project and easy to do even if you have only a little experience soldering.

This design converts the OEM 4 wires to 2 wires (not inc ground). This means, you can changeout the 1057 single filament bulb in the rear with an 1157 (dual filament) receptacle.  This adapter will properly feed the 1157 bulbs and show Turns, Park, and Brake actions!!
(Suggestion:  Replace the rear light assemblies with 2 of the Front Turn Signal Light Assemblies.)

OEM                ADAPTER
Left        \
Right        -->   Left High/Left Low     (1057/1157)
Brake       -->   Right High/Right Low (1057/1157)
Tail         /

BOM:
-3 Relays TE RT424012
-3 Diodes 1N4148
-4 Diodes 1N5400
-1 Plastic Box  2.4 x 1.4 x 1"

PCB available from OshPark.com

Suggested Assembly Instructions:
VERIFY ORIENTATION BEFORE SOLDERING
1. Add to the BOTTOM the three 1N4148 Diodes.  Snip excess from the top to make space for the relays.
2. Add to the TOP the 3 Relays
3. Add to the TOP the four 1N5400 Diodes.
4. Connect wires, as appropriate for your setup.  (I added 6pin Connectors to make it easier)

Simulation:
This site allows basic simulation. Only problem is nothing is labelled and you have to manually click the switches to simulate the turn signal going on/off.

Jumper Function:  (personal preference)
OFF = When BRAKE & TURN are both active will flash between HIGH/OFF
ON  = When BRAKE & TURN are both active will flash between HIGH/LOW

Which software did you use to design the circuit - and from it, the board?

I use Eagle CAD to design and produce the Gerber Files.

Might try designing this with MOSFETs, but the 'clicking' sound is nice to hear.

There is a much easier way. Jp cycles has an adapter that changes the stock 1156 bulbs to do the same thing. Just wire it in (no relays needed no need to change socket) you will need to change the covers to red or clear with red bulbs.
I have also used the the trailer adapter on the trunk lights to make them brake and turn signals.

Maybe you can provide the part numbers?    From research, was unable to find any trailer adapter that did the same thing.  Maybe you found one!

Attached is the truth table trying to achieve.

Thanks,

See if this opens for you. The trailer one takes the separate brake and turn and makes it one wire. Any auto part store usually has them. Used that to make truck brake lights also turn signals. Did away with the lower signals on that bike.
The custom dynamics one I used on tourer with smoked lenses and fed bulbs. Also changed reflectors on bags to lights and hooked into turn brake and running. Works great.

That looks interesting, despite it being for Harleys.  Would be curious to see the schematics on this.

UPDATE:  Chatted with Custom Dynamics about their product.  They DO have a universal unit that can be wired into the Valkyrie IF you install the dual filament bulbs 1156.

They used to make a plug and play that came with red lenses. Bikes to old now. I have used the universal ones on a few different bikes, very easy to install. Runs the lights at about 70% and full bright for brake. Turn is a complete on and off flash. I thought the link I posted was the universal one. Sorry.
I see they also added you can set to strobe brake light. Wasn’t an option last I noticed. Added a separate strobe unit to my brake.
