Update on the lightbar.
I finally got the package delivered. 4 weeks from New Zealand to Texas. Seems like everything is slower these days. I won't got there.
The bar is great. Highly polished and clean. Real quality. Thats why I wanted it. Solid and sturdy.
The brackets sent are quality and mount right up to the light bucket mounting bolts. Super simply.
Here is where I had a bump in the road. When the light bar is bolted on it puts the mounting holes for the lights right under the windshield on my 1998 Tourer. Could not get the LED lights mounted due to no clearance between the back of the light and the windshield. I had already purchased a pair of quality LED's so I wanted to make those work. I bought them on Amazon. They are 4.5 inch

I plan on making some shorter brackets out of some 3/16 stainless steel stock this week and replace the aluminum.
My only wish is that maybe the brackets that came with the bar were just about 3/4 inch longer to clear the windshield base. No complaints here though it all looks really nice and the added lights are great. I wanted a good looking high quality bar and this is exactly that
