I noticed that the cap on this part of the frame was missing one day, and I have no idea where to get it or what it is called to even inquire about it.  Any ideas?  Thanks much in advance, and please see the attached.

Swing arm pivot. Look in Honda Direct Line. They may still be available

The chrome cover is part #13 on the swing arm fisch page in HDL
