We are on the brink of the next world war and our senate is concerned with what time it is when the sun comes up. Not surprising, I guess.

Seeing as anything government touches turns to crap, good I say. Let's keep them distracted with things like this instead of making the world worse as they all so often do.

Maybe we can get them to go undo some other bad government stuff to distract them further...

Well, I do hope they pick one or the other but, my concern is more how much will they tax us for making this change.   Some of the truest words ever spoken, Ronald Reagan “Most Terrifying Words – ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’”

Why do you need more daylight, when you have had it all day?  I prefer daylight in the morning, when it has been dark all night.  And leave it that way!

Personally, I'd like daylight in the morning and in the evening, and it could be dark in the middle of the day to make up for it.

I just can't figure out how to set my clock to do this.

Typical isn't it. With all thats going on now, our congress just has to spend an inordinate amount of time and our money on DST or not.

Now they are distracted over hair cuts and about to pass laws regarding discrimination and employment over our hair do's. [ Is that [ do's] spelled correctly ? Don't know since I don't really have one ] I wonder how many bazillion this just cost us.

in my humble opinion it is all about "vote buying".   The "do's" thing is cheap, does not cost the government a dime (well except for the time they spent on doing the bill" and buys some more votes for some people who might be on the edge.

The DST change, the same, make a change, those of us who care not and would rather have something constant are not going to have our voted changed but..... there are many others who will say.....  "Thank you".  Because they have been told they will have more daylight at the "end of the day".

Makes you want to sort of laugh at the thought of the congress of the United States making more daylight.

And there are some that would actually think they did make more daylight !  Probably those with the weird hair do's.
