I would like to improve nighttime visibility over the standard headlight.  Any suggestions or experience with any particular solutions.  I’ve looked at Eagle Light but it’s freaking $200!

That's on the cheap side of things.

Some of those lights are north of $500.

I have 3 Eagle Lights (Cobra Light bar) with Josh’s adapter to fit the headlight. Spent over $400. Worth every penny.

This is also Eagle Lights, their Infinity Beam with Josh's adapter.  Don't remember what I paid but it was EL's top of the line - most expensive yet brightest headlight.  Josh installed it for me at Taos Inzane. I like the look, as opposed to the multiple emitter styles.  Josh calls it his "Dragon's Eye".  Yeah, more than $200.  Considerably.  I make exceptions for moto-mods.  Maybe because of their "chromotherapy" factor.  Makes me feel good, so worth it.

Which of the Eagle lights did you put in your cobra light bar?

They are GEN III chrome; bought direct from Josh. Had to cut the HD plug off and wire direct. Fit without mods.

Was it a simple re-wire (enough wire in the housing?) solder the connection, wrap in tape and seal it up?

"I’ve looked at Eagle Light but it’s freaking $200!"

Eagle Lights has a 10% discount on the headlights. If you buy another led headlight that doesn't include the adapter, Josh's sells his adapter ala carte at $65.00+shipping.
Thusly a cheaper headlight would have to sell at $140 to equate to Eagle's price if you do the math. You actually can fabricate your own adapter but you have to factor in
all the work and the price of metal today. Josh's adapter might not fit the shape of another brand led headlight.

I get this coupon popup when I hit the back button or you can click the dotted area in the pic above.

I got a Auxito motorcycle LED bulb, it is good with the same pattered as stock bulb. I don't think it is as good as the Eagle lights but better than stock.

YMMV  ...but I've been happy with the SUNPIE off Amazon.  4 seasons, no issues, super bright  ...just get a bracket from Josh.

I have just bought and installed one of these, it has both houses and low beam and is exactly the same size as the original I wanted to keep the original look. I works really well, I’ve had a set of H11’s on my car for nearly a year and they are still going strong.

Standard Silversar @ $25 and a slight adjustment up on the headlight worked for me and I traveled for 6 years after 11pm./25 mi. and never had an issue seeing deer at night or other wildlife especially on high beam. Being of age, I prefer halogen color light over LED white light at night. My switch went AWOL one night and I was down to my 20 watt LED spot lamps which done a wonderful job but the color was less definitive than the low beam halogen. The headlight reflector on Valks are superior to any smooth variant reflector thus works with halogen bulbs better w/o "black spots" often associated with aftermarket LED replacement bulbs.

Just purchased and installed the SLK daymaker. Was skeptical because of the $94 price tag and was seriously impressed with the headlight. Clean install and puts out ten times the light of the LED bulb that I was running in my stock bezel. Company is veteran owned and ships fast

Eagle Lights hands down. They have a lifetime warranty. You'll never buy another headlight ever again.

I offer my Valkyrie Brethren $10 off when purchased through myself. Just go to www.eaglelights.com to pick out the headlight off your choice, then email me valkyriejosh@gmail.com with your choice.
