I believe this photo is from Spearfish, not Billings. 

From left to right... Smokin' Joe (TN), Big D (Darrell Schwartz - NY), Jack Guenther (Arkansas), Eric Hansel (Maryland), Oss (Evan Rogers - NY), Shawnee Hansel (Maryland).  I can't tell who is facing away from the camera.

P.S.  The person behind Eric appears to be Cousin It.  The person behind the camera is presumably Shortleg (Dave Greenhause - Maryland).
