  Wife and I were returning to the office.  Made a proper left  turn and in about two car Lenths , a left into out parking lot.  I caught a glimpse of a car at the left door. A car made a left turn inside my left.  Had I not stopped , my wife's  new Cadillac would have gotten damaged.  I would then be looking for a new place to call home.  This is not the first time someone has short turned , crossing the double yellow lines and white stop strip.
