Great news Al..That's where I had my Heart transplant. They are one of te best heart hospitals in the nation.  I had to live on the Vanderbilt campus for about 3 months after the transplant and got to know many of the doctors & nurses. I feel better now knowing that's where you are going. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you, and I will continue to keep you in my toughts & prayers.

Again I can't thank everyone enough for the support , phone calls, and Prayers.
It's people like all of you that are considered the salt of the earth.
Things happen in our lives that no one can explain, but if we trust our faith in the Creator of the Universe. Then we get to see the power he can project in our lives, in other words his power is made manifest in the times when we are the weakest. Remember there are no athiests in a foxhole(War).
So let's keep praying for one another.

Bro, glad you are doing ok man!!!  cooldude cooldude

Got the wake up call today myself.  Went for the 2 year physical to work international with the FULL suite of tests....audio, visual, xrays, blood, urine, PROSTATE (always a lot of fun), EKG....everything.

Failed the blood pressure - the lowest they could get me to was 150/110 after about 6 tries.

Got me on blood pressure meds and take it again when I get back from Dubai in 2 weeks.

Hate to do them, but I gotta admit at 52, it ain't bad to have a FULL ONCE OVER every 2 years.

I knew I had a blood pressure problem before going (warm face, pressure in the head, etc) - at least I have a chance to get it under control now.  Folks, go to the doc and get checked out I reckon.....

Good luck brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GLAD THINGS ARE WORKING OUT MAN!!!!!!!!!!  Plus, let us know if you need anything BRO, Nashville is a GOOD day;s ride!

Strider you a good one man.

Thanks for taking care of yourself and the daily meds will keep you kicking for a long time Bro.

I take a few myself, vitamins ain't a bad idea either, most men are on the verge of scurvy.

So take that Vitamin C and say your prayers and you will be fine.

Again thanks for your support and all the others who talk regularly with our Heavenly Father.
