I have a downloaded manual but I can't tell if there is a vacuum fuel shut-off between the petcock and the carbs.
Any Magna pilots  can help a brother out?

Yes there is on the left hand side and the hose comes from the front right cylinder.
The valve is not like the Valk as it is seperate fromt the petcock.

Sorry the vachum signal come from the right front cylinder.

Thanks heaps.  Smiley  I can see the vacuum on the page but there is so much CA polution control crap that they don't have room to list the part.
