First, I want to start with this. Part numbers change. When you need a part seeking the part number is a less effective strategy than “finding” the part on a fisch page.
There are several companies that sell OEM Honda parts. Yes you can order from them by part number without looking at the fisch pages. Or. The better way:
Find the page your part is on and you can see you are ordering what you need and you may see a related part on that page that you can order to go with it that you didn’t originally know you’d need.
