After my  sweet Black/red Valk is setting in the hot sun all day at work I have to bleed my front brakes a little to get them to unlock. I have rebuilt both calipers, new brake pads and Fluid (DOT3).
I have pulled them apart acouple of times in the past month hoping to find a reason but can't find anything out of the norm.
Any idea's or reasons why are welcome.

inside the master cyl. there is a return hole under a little metal tab. remove the tab and see if fluid returns threw that hole when releasing  the brake handle. my guess is that hole is clogged and the heat is building up pressure with that hole clogged. brake fluid expands when hot.

Honda requires DOT4 not 3. It has a higher boiling point than 3.

either there is air in the lines or water. brake fluid absorbs humidity right through the plastic bottles while sitting on the shelf.  how old is the DOT 3 u used?  as said honda require DOT 4
suggest DOT 4 LV be used which I use. usually sold in a metal can which prevents the shelf life issue. it also has a higher wet boiling point than DOT 4 and 3, that results in longer time until replacement is required.
DOT 4 LV also provides a more consistent and firmer brake feel over a larger range of ambient temps than the others. it is all I use in all of my vehicles.

If you really used Dot 3. Then I’d assume that is the source of your problem. I would buy a LARGE bottle of Dot 4 and flush LOTS of fluid through

Could the improper seating of the front axle cause this issue too? The rotor being misaligned.
