What moly lube is everyone using for servicing the splines ?  My supply of Guard Dog is running low and I need to find a new source for a good quality moly lube . The Guard Dog paste is 70% moly and the grease is 25% , Honda sells a moly grease but not sure of the moly content  . Please advise and Thanks .

I have one unopened tube of Honda Moly Paste. And another that's about half gone. I've been mixing a little Yamaha Moly Grease in with the Honda stuff when I service the Valkyrie's splines. My C14s also used a splined arrangement and they've been getting a straight dose of the Yamaha product. It seems to do a good job - the C14 tires don't last as long as the ones on our Valks, so I get to R&R them more often and thus keep an eye on how things are holding up.

Any stuff that contains a reasonable amount of the element "molybdenum"
is good  cooldude ...

I think the hard question isn't "what kind?" but "where to get it?"...

Honda shops sometimes have the Honda stuff...

Me and Stanley Steamer once got a jar of Loctite at the local Graingers...

Other than that? Autoparts stores generally only have "moly grease"
which is only a few percent moly.

I get the little man to bring it over to my house from Amazon  Smiley ...
