Simply Awesome!!!

« on: January 21, 2010, 09:32:09 AM »

Tuesday morning, wife had left for Orlando for a Church conference, I had been watching the am news  Grin, checking e-mail, VRCC post, drinking a cup of coffee and then I remembered that I needed to get something off the dresser.

I hopped up and headed down the hall way Grin, heard two pops on two steps from my left thigh Shocked Shocked.

It didn't take lone to figure out that this was not good Undecided.

Dr says, ruptured tendon, re evaluate in two weeks, but plan on the typical 6 weeks tickedoff.

I get to watch TV, eat, sleep, repeat. No riding  Cry.

This is gonna drive me insane  uglystupid2,

If I can get my leg over the seat, I could ride, only need my right leg at stops. cooldude just have to convince my wife to let me......

Sorry to hear of the injury. Don't listen to those girlz, they have no idea what's good for healing.

That peg my foot is on was changed a bit so it didn't fold just in case the bike wanted to rest on the right side at a light.

Let the Doc know what you are thinking ,just so he knows who he's dealing with. If he throws a fit maybe ya oughtta listen. If he just rolls his eyes and advises against it...tell her he said to use moderation! LOL

Bummer!  It really sucks when you get an injury and you didn't do anything fun getting it.
