Talked to Carol yesterday and reserved my room.  According to her,  there are 8 of us so far signed up for rooms and 8 other rooms available. If you call to reserve your rooms,  be sure to mention "VRCC" to receive our room rates for the event. I would also highly suggest calling AFTER 2pm and speaking with Carol. She's helpful, knows about our event, and can be understood.
