Ups delivered this part to my mailbox.  It came addressed to me with no explanation.  I wonder if someone sent it to the wrong person or if I improperly identified what I needed.  It's a part for the side of an 1800.  I don't own an 1800.

It was sent from Timothy Deal in Las Vegas.  My poor memory doesn't recognize the name.

Speaking purely theoretically, it's possible someone in the recent past might have ordered a certain sign proclaiming a known truth to be sent to a certain address in Kansas, and somehow the large online auction site that the sign was ordered from decided to change this theoretical person's shipping address to a certain one in Kansas.

Later, this same person accidentally ordered both a cosmetic piece for a Goldwing, and possibly a special drill bit used for splitting firewood before noticing what the large online auction site had done.

If this was the case, I'm sure the person would have corrected the issue by now and seeing as both items were relatively inexpensive just ordered them again to the proper shipping address, and would tell you that you may dispose of the items in whatever way you best see fit.

All theoretical, of course.

LOL!  I wasn't truly sure of where the sign came from and I didn't think I had told anyone about the wood splitting bit.

I would have sent your stuff to you if you needed it.   Smiley

But isn't an after-market chrome version available?

(Still speaking academically, of course)

I know you would have, but the cost from the seller with included shipping for the items was likely less than it would have cost you to ship them on to me... The items were unde $10, delivered each, so I wasn't terribly worried about it, but thank you!
