Hi Chip These folks are an hour from my home.  www.thirdwheeltrailers.com
You can get some ideas from their photos.Another very help full site for building ideas is http://forums.delphiforums.com/MCTrailertowing/start

Ya , Alph I'm think'n the frame wouldnt be too hard. Would like a little bit of a shock and swing arm. On the box maybe a set of hard bags,or a small truck cargo box the type made for behind the wheel well with the extention over the well, mounted with the extension going over the trailer tire. . Plaino makes a few cargo type boxes.

I was thinkin maybe a couple of Newer Goldwing saddlebags with some creative fiberglass fillers would look pretty cool. And the lights would be built in already. Just food for thought. uglystupid2

Chrome , thanks for sharing that link, I was able to find a few interesting entries in the forum showing others making thier own. Add another to do , to my to do list.
