I have one or two OEMs in my stash as well as two K&Ns. I’m good for the foreseeable future. RonAYERS.com is showing new ones for $18.35

why I like rockymountainatv.com    only have to buy $75 to get free shipping vs $129 for ronayers and they have a RM Cash back program.

mine 28k miles zero difference in air flow from a brand new oem.

I did a test yrs ago with a 26k mile one vs new with a spare air box I have, a left blower and a CFM meter.
zero difference btwn both.

this time, two days ago, I put both filters on bench top, used a shop vac and put the hose near the end of the filter and tried picking up the filters.
used 28k filter picked up no problem, new oem picked up no problem.  so then moved hose suction end closer to center incrementally and both filters were picked up exactly the same distance from the end.
so all this indicates a used OEM filter with almost 30k miles on it is flowing exactly the same as a brand new OEM filter.

I have done simular shop vac testing using a vacuum meter. I got no pressure differance between new and a used filter blown out with compressed air.
I regulary clean my air cleaners, but don't replace them unless they are damaged.
different type of test, easier to do than the first one but the results were exactly the same.
Then I have a SAE air filter report that clearly proved a filter with some miles on it is actually stopping harmful particles from entering better than a brand new filter. There is a SAE report for oil filters also indicating the same esp if one is doing shortened oil change intervals. it was based on the 3k mile oil change. using the same filter actually reduced engine wear.

Now I don't ride on dusty dirt roads every day and/or a lot of construction site areas which would shorten filter life. YMMV

if u really need one I have one new Hiflofiltro HFA1913 filter I could sell you.
I have a new open one that I need to test for airflow vs OEM.

Are these in stock at Service?

Several vendors have shown the filters to be available but have canceled my orders shortly after I've placed them.

If they say so I assume they are. Never had any issue in the past but... Call them and see.

I got the hiflo one from amazon not long ago. I haven't installed it yet, but
it looks "normal". Until OEM becomes available, the amazon ones will have to
do...

"While the maintenance schedule on most vehicles gives a mileage interval that’s commonly between 30,000 and 45,000 miles (though there may be a time interval as well) for air-filter replacement, many also include a shorter mileage interval for “severe service.” That’s usually described as regular driving in heavy traffic during hot weather, on unpaved roads or in dusty conditions."
