Is the rear brake rotor the same on all years? The one on my '98 stnd is getting a bit worn.

Also, on the Ron Ayers site, the microfiche shows two different p/n's for the rotor on a '98 standard. Each has a different price.

One is 43251-MT8-000 ($239.60)

and the other is 43251-MBY-671 ($208)

Whats up with that?

Another question...can the rotor be "turned" or resurfaced? if so, where?

Not the same.....older ones have raised pan head type bots and the newer ones have recessed tapered head bolts that are flush

no I do not believe there ie enough material to turn on these rotors

read up in here some have shimmed the rotor to make it fit in the mismatched caliper system

2000 and newer have the flush bolt rotor. Also the caliper mounting braket is different to accomodate the different offset of the rotor. As was said; flat washers can be used to fix the offset problem. Just buy the correct rotor for your '98.
