It's just the way the software allows us to specify. It works out well, though, as I ship calendars individually. It's less expensive to ship two large envelopes with USPS than to step up to heavier package rate. The exception is when I have multiples shipped directly from the printer. Their shipping charge to me is more than our shipping charge to the recipient. |

Hmmm, you ordered on Dec 18, you certainly should have received it by now. Willow and Motomama are shipping the calendars, I'll check with them, but I don't see any issue from the order. |

Hmmm, you ordered on Dec 18, you certainly should have received it by now. Willow and Motomama are shipping the calendars, I'll check with them, but I don't see any issue from the order. Not entirely sure what went wrong, but Lori will put a new one in the mail tomorrow. |
