How does one go about adding his/her VRCC number to their posts?? For some reason I can't log-in to correct or change anything.. The system doesn't recognize my number and/or password.. I remember when I first tried to join this club[1998] it kept rejecting me for about a year, I can understand that, I'd reject me too if I tried to join anything..But somehow I slipped in under the radar so now I'm here.. I was also thrown out a couple years ago and was somehow able to sneak back in.. But I'd just like to add my VRCC number to my posts and can't figure it out,, I'm kinda computer illiterate..

In the bar at the top of this page it says Home - help - search - profile

click the profile tab and then on the left of the page there is a selection for "Forum profile info", scroll down to signature and you can enter text.

Play with it a bit and I THINK that if you enter it as a signature it may appear at the bottom of the text box under your question or reply but if you want it on the left side of the box under your picture or avatar then include it as part of your address it will appear there.  There is also a spot where you can specify a file for a personal picture for your avatar if you want.

If you read the note from Willow at the head of the toopics "Read this first" he gives directions to get back to this section.

If you want it under your name do as madmike says and click on Profile then Forum Profile Information and enter it in the Additional Text block.  If you want it under your post like my fur/leather statement then enter it in the Signature block.  Afterward click the Change Profile icon.

It's there but why do have your name there also?

I moved it for you, Patrick.

I placed in in the "Personal text" area and removed it from the signature.

I hope no one misinterpreted your earlier tongue-in-cheek statement.  To my knowledge the VRCC has never "thrown you out".   Wink

Welcome back, btw.
