I was watching a video of them working on Mission Impossible 7 today.

He's been practicing (hundreds of) 70 ft. table top jumps on a motocross bike.
And doing hundreds of skydives to practice control of his freefall and parachute.

To get ready for the amazing stunt for the start of the movie... way better
than swinging around on a big building...

lucky she got down when she did for that airplane was taking off soon after.  My brother's kid, over age 21 at the time, jumped out of a perfectly good airplane once.  Takes a lot of courage and being fearless to do something like that, IMO.   My daughter while still in high school being a senior probably age 17 NEVER telling me or the wife,  went for a one engine airplane ride with her classmate (did not like that) who had his pilot license to do so.  It was about  60 miles or so plane ride which one would think a kid age 17, maybe 18, would not be able to take flying with them under age passengers?  His dad is a commercial airline pilot and he followed in his dad's footsteps.

Hanging from the skids?  I don't think we can call that a jump but more a controlled fall.

It does look like an exciting experience.  I am a bit confused, though.  What was the location of the videoing camera?

The camera is mounted on the helmet of one of her skydiving friends...

She also got dumped out of an upside down bi-plane once... Tried to hang on to the handlebars but didn't last long...

(This one the camera is mounted on her helmet)

And about as boring as a skydive can get, but just to show I'm not a total whuffo:
