 What a fun night at dinner we had tonight in Crestview, FL. You might recognize a couple folks. Tomorrow AM breakfast then on the road again for 2 headed north. Sleep well tonight it will be a great day tomorrow. Really glad you 2 made it this way!

Yes it was a fun evening. So glad DDT and Sweetcheeks meandered our way yesterday. We got to hang out for awhile and share “war” stories. Getting ready for a rowdy breakfast before they hit the road again.  |

When either one of those two vagabonds show up somewhere, other Valkyrie riders are drawn in like moths to a flame. With both of them there, it’s a wonder breakfast didn’t need twice that much table. I live 8 hours away, but had I known in time, I just might have made that breakfast run myself!
Anyway, thanks for posting! It’s good to see friends having fun!

Thanks for sharing the pics Keith. It was great seeing you all again, and super nice to meet some new folks. Any time I can share a meal with my second family, it’s bound to be a good time and this was no exception.
Bigwolf …. You know how hard it is to get a certain member of that group to actually “make plans.” LOL. The stars just happened to align for this trip. The next time there is a possibility floating though, I’ll do my best to give you a heads up. It would be nice to see you again.
Good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, I’ll see everyone at the Spring Fling. Y’all be safe out there!

No plan is the best plan, I've found!!! What an unexpected outcome for this pleasantly surprised wanderer! I was going to ride solo to the eastern Carolinas... again. I've been meaning to do that since the end of the FCR, but... unexpected stuff just keeps coming up...
A day or two before departure from Ocala, I got a text from Sweetcheeks. She was south of me visiting her granddaughter in Winter Haven, FL, but she was wanting to know if we could meet for a meal... if I happened to be in the state. It turned out we'd meet in Chiefland and ride towards the Panhandle together... She wanted to log some beach time and gaze at the Gulf, and it wasn't much out of my way, so...
It worked out that we'd be passing through your area, so... one thing led to another and... My ride to the eastern Carolinas got pushed out yet another time... Funny, I got as far as eastern Georgia after our time together, but no further... Another story for another time...
In the meantime, I got to experience yet another fine example of just how wonderful this life of mine truly is!!! Riding with Sweetcheeks then visiting with Jeff, Judy, and you for dinner, then the 'expanded' crew the following morning for breakfast and a send-off to more distant points! Dang fine time, to be sure, and I thank you and Jeff for making it all happen!!! Of course, I especially thank Sweetcheeks for putting all of that in motion...
