I wonder where the 1983 V65 magna was made?  Article says 1984 to 1986 only. possible typo? 

done a lot of road tests and the 1983 was faster than the later years V65 magnas were.

AS some say the 1997 honda valkyrie was the fastest 1st year made as well vs. 1998 and later.
