Valhalla - September 7-10 @ Johnny's Motel in Grand Forks, BC

Getting things done early...Motel is booked for Valhalla 2023. 24 of the 25 rooms are blocked off for our group. Reservations can be made by calling Johnny's direct @ 250-442-8242, indicating that you are with the Valhalla Valkyrie group. Or you can reserve online @ www.johnnysmotel.ca
Room #6 is still available  Wink

Will be very similar in format to last year's, with an added feature...with border restrictions being lifted, we will be able to plan one of the rides South of the border, along 395, 20, etc!

Looking forward to another great event cooldude

Been a few years since I’ve been….and the idea of being able to go to the US makes it even more attractive.  Will be nice to see you all again.

Room 6 booked.  Wink

Hi Mike   Sounds like Johnny’s is booked up, is there another motel in the area the group is booking?

JJ, did you try to book online and it said no availability?
Give them a call to make a reservation, they still have rooms available.
I just got off the phone with them...

You also may have to identify that you are part of the motorcycle rally Valhalla group, to get a room.

I just booked mine last night. I got room 6, Oh, wait, sorry, that was room 4 this time. 2 beds, my brother may drive up in one of his sports cars, and spend some time driving the hills.

Just a reminder to book a room with Johnny's Motel ASAP if you wish to attend this year's Valhalla in Grand Forks. It's filling up...as of last week there were only 4 or 5 rooms left

I regret to inform all, but I've had to cancel my booking for this years Valhalla, room is available.

Last year---clutch issues

This year---unexpected shortage of vacation time.

I'll make it next year, I promise...lol

Unfortunately, I’ve just realized that’s the first weekend of NFL season and that’s a big deal at my work so I won’t be able to get away now.

Dusty, I emailed Johnny’s to cancel my reservation so you should be able to get the sweet room 6 if you want  Grin

Almost time for the ride.

Trailer organized, bike is ready, waiting on Thursday to come. Some last minute items to do, propane, chairs, items...

Not sure of my leaving time, but there is no rush. Anyone else leaving from the Lower Mainland on Thursday am?

Really looking forward to seeing y’all.  Raymond

I just arrived home also. All safe and sound.

Thank you all for making this again another great gathering.

It was strange, as I was heading N on Hwy 99 from my travel along the border home, going in the other direction was another burgundy/cream Valk Tourer heading south. I see 2 on our gathering, then another one while driving home.

Enjoyed the video. Nice to see all the gang having a good time. I heard in the video in the background somebody asking if I was still around. I was planning on attending but tested positive a day before leaving so parked myself in my house . Hope to be there next year.
