I am blessed with great friends in the U.S., so that, after my return to Germany, I have always had awesome friends letting me ride one of their Valkyries. I won the ‘Most miles from home’ award in 2014 and 2018. In other years, when brethren from Germany participated, I happily let them enjoy the award (it was not Bine and Andreas). And in 2011 I made first place in the ‘wash ‘n wax’ category of the bike show. Back then I rode my own Valkyrie. At that time I lived in Indiana. I am very proud of that price and I am still thankful that Hoosierdaddy and Scoobydoo pushed me to attend the show. I thought my bike wasn’t shiny enough… typically German… I am so much looking forward to meeting y’all again. |
