I'm on track to at least 21,000 easily with a Avon Cobra using beads but I got a stock Bridgestone 701 standing by and hopefully just as good results using beads. I like the idea of using a 130 variant due to lighter steer/smaller contact patch though the speedo error will need to be dialed in.

Interesting about wobble/pressure application. Had a stock 404 on frt. of the VT1100C and it would wobble at lower speeds but I always used high stock rating. Most 1100 folk used 41 psi. in Metzlers 880 with excellent performance. Hmmm.
the smaller diameter of the 130 lowers the trail number for nimbler handling hence lighter steering.
the ODO is spot on via checking against mile markers in three different states, speedo runs 5 mph fast so easy to calculate that.
I read different reviews before I tried the D404 and some talked about the wobble and others never had a problem with lower pressures.
