Great read, Very disturbing.  I wish our government would spend a little time and money preventing and preparing for what could happen, rather than wasting time and money on global warming. 

Thanks for the recommendation, I encourage the rest of the members that enjoy reading to pick it up.  It'll definately get you thinking.

I was wondering if anyone was going to read it

Seems like making a faraday cage isnt that hard to me but I am just
a lawyer not an electrician.  I may be wrong but it seems from reading a bit about them
that any metal shed that you ground with an 8' metal post or two could protect the generator and any bikes you have in the shed if you have one.

If you are in a city you will be S/O/L

Its amazing how much we have gotten away from the economy of the last century when food
did not travel that far to get to the consumers.

That was a real eye opening book for sure.

I also just finished reading it (it was of my Xmas gift books).

And JUST after I put it down, the wife turned on 'The Postman" on the TV.... should I take it as a hint?
