I was looking for some other stuff yesterday to do some work under the house. As I rummaged through my "storage" containers in the garage, I found this device. I know what it's for. But don't ever remember using it. So, I am going to see what I can find out. Any suggestions appreciated.

I had one and used it, until the multi-channel digi-sync came out which works much better on the valkyrie.
the twin max works very well for 2 cylinder engines, BMW owners will buy it from you.

I still have one although I don't own any multi carb bikes. It worked very well. It's a differential vacuum gauge. You put one side on #5 if I remember right, anyway the carb with no adjustment. Put the other side on the others in succesion and adjust them to move the needle the same amount either side of zero with the engine running at idle. We had several carb adjustment parties here. Amazing how the engines smooth right out once they are pulling the same amount of vacuum on all cylinders. Sometimes it was necessary to adjust the idle afterwards or during the process.

The twin max works well once you understand how it works and what you are doing. I now have a digi sync but I also still have the twin max. Read the directions and do a lot of throttle blipping before you call each cylinder synced. Upping the sensitivity as you go is very important.

Yes it's the first thing I did, check to see if they still were in business. I wish I knew how old mine was, just out of curiosity.

I use a homemade fluid balancer commonly called a Beemer Gauge. I like to have mine synched with the 6 channel variant just to see the difference.
