From the article, we'll have to wait till 2027 to find out if it works or not.   They don't say what the battery is made of or how.   Lots of unknowns.

Solid state batteries have been under development for sometime.

If these batteries work out ....electric cars will get a lot more popular and probly wont be near the strainnon the power grid

True, but if they aren't made from the souls of enslaved children and work as described this technology would definitely be a good thing.
