Rolled it out and checked the air pressures...

It seems in really tip-top shape and running strong. I remember
back when people were buying F6Bs and comparing their
Valkyries to log trucks... I can't relate...

I got a call from Smokin' Joe and we met up at the end of Wayah
Road near Franklin North Carolina. I came up from Clayton and
totally bypassed the gnarled mess at Franklin by taking this
cut through the country side that came out right across
from Wayah Road... worth remembering...

We rode some good North Georgia roads and ended up at a hamburger
place near Clarksville I like... it's not a Dairy Queen, but still, I guess we're
getting old.

Joe stayed at The Little House of the South last night and rode away this
morning...

Long live the Log Truck!   cooldude   I'm thinking with the current economic situation, my log trucks will be the only bikes in my future.  Looking at the option$, I'm okay with that.  They ain't high tech, but they're still better than most cruisers on the road.

Last two times I went over to Wayah I went that way.
Long live the Log Truck!  smitten

I'm zookeeping this nearby (my brother's) this week. However I'm driving my pickup truck instead of riding my log truck. That sounds like it was fun.  Wink

Nice report Mike.   cooldude

I'm riding both my bikes this summer, but less than usual, since I've undertaken to fix and repair my old house and property.  I wore my hired carpenter out yesterday, and he's only 67, to my 70.   Grin
