my daughter Alana works in Chelsea (19th Street on the west side of Manhattan a block from the hudson) and she saw the plane drifting downstream after it landed. surreal

The pilot was a bona fide hero no doubt about it he saved all those people, and himself

It was an impressive landing. I do not think anyone is able to repeat this feat..
