Good morning all. I finished my install of the front and back turn signal bulbs on the Interstate. They work great. I didn't need to install a Diode, just replace the turn signal flasher relay with and LED one. Here are the bulbs I used:

Front:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071DCC7XL/ref=ewc_pr_img_2?smid=A3RND54X0X6PMP&th=1

Rear: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0739RCR3J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

Thanks again to Pluggy for his help and assistance.

Cheers  cheers

The Interstate model, according to the manual, has separate left and right indicators for the signals. The other two do not, and need the diodes. You'll need to refer to the wiring for your other bike, if you wish to change it, too.

Thanks, I don't think I'm going to do the LED turn signal conversion on the Goldwing. I did install the LED Tail/Brake lights. I really don't ride the Goldwing that much anymore but I've had it so long I really don't want to get rid of it. It only has 36K miles on it and it's a great bike, I ride the Valkyrie most of the time.

Hello, Rick.  For Standard and Tourer:  In the bucket, install a "no-polar" LED in the turn indicator and eliminate the need for diodes.

Think of these as LEDs with the diodes built-in.  I put them in high beam and neutral indicators, too.  No diodes, resistors, splicing or soldering, just plug them in.  Got mine on eBay.  (i like doing things the easy way).

I still don't understand how they would work (don't cause 4-way flashing). But I guess they do. don't.

The item is a tiny circuit card with LEDs and associated components.  The circuit allows one or more LEDs on the card to flash when the current flows in either the right or left direction.  The circuit also keeps power from flowing in the unwanted direction that would create the 4 way flash.  It plugs in like a bulb and does it all for about $1.

Here, you can see the the little circuit card.  You can buy some and try them yourself.

That's the short explanation.

Thanks, Pluggy; retired electronics tech then engineer, here, so I can easily make my own adapter. Just don't see the need, though.
