When I first started exploring around here when I got the 1500, I ran across
this place, and took a picture then too. Big Mike put that picture in a
Valkyrie calendar he made one year...

Here's a good place where the Tugaloo River comes into Lake
Hartwell at the state line...

Nice countryside.  It's good to see pleasant places and surroundings rather than just blazing around on the roads.   cooldude

I was just in Thomasville took some time to look around there and the food was just great. When we go to Tallahassee to visit, we have to go to Thomasville its always one of the places we get to also. They have a place called Kevin's there and you can spend some serious money and time there. Then went on to Valdosta and I had never seen a cotton field before and took a picture that I will post shortly. It was not as I had seen in the movies and was a bit surprised. But the movies are always accurate right? Weather was partly cooperative but didnt care just needed some time in the breeze.

I like to stop for cotton pictures...

Someone grows a little cotton (for fun?) next to where I go to Church.
There's all kinds of boll weevil regulations, I think it is illegal to
grow cotton without the right licenses and/or oversight...

Nice pics Mike. I've always been drawn to that part of our country.  Hopefully one of these years I'll get out that way to see it in person.
