I admit it, I got zero skills or equipment to do metal work.  Need something out of wood, I got it. Metal? Nope.

My bobber is a blast to ride, but I neglect her because she has no fenders and I can't get a inspection sticker w/o them.  I don't need any tickets.

Need to find a metal guy willing to fab some fenders, front and rear.

If you know of this type of person, please let me know.

Doesn't matter where they operate from, I'll pay shipping.

PM me with any info and I'll take it from there.

Thanks.

Make up some wood ones and see what the inspectors say.   Grin

Someone will come along with some real world advice.

Bill, there are standard fenders out there pretty cheap. If you had a friend with a MIG welder, they could weld on mounts pretty easily. You’d still need a painter. Which would probably cost the most.

Well Rob, first I'd have to find a friend, then ask if they have a MIG. Smiley

I looked around the web at many different universal fenders but never came up with what I wanted.
I've got a Valk front fender I want modified as it has the right mounting and radius.
Probably going to get a universal fender for the rear and want it to be swing arm mounted to move with the wheel.

Ridinron, thanks for the suggestion. Most likely won't be following it, but thanks anyway  Roll Eyes

You might look at J and P motorcycles. They have a ton of parts for custom work. Possible Dennis Kirk too.

Bill, you have a friend.  Wink And he has a MIG welder. His wife has about 3,200 other projects already lined up for him though.

I think modifying your front fender makes a lot of sense. Maybe something like this can be modified for the rear.

3200? That's a lot of projects.

Thanks for the link, that's what I'm looking for basically.  I thought I'd wait till I found a fabber and figure it out then.

Don't get me wrong, I could mark and cut out the OEM front, but that's were my metal working skills end.  I prefer the job didn't look hacked up, which it would if I did it.

I could also buy and mount a purchased rear fender, but again, prefer it to look somewhat professional and I ain't that guy.

I'll figure it out sooner or later, but the poor girl just sits there and that ain't right neither.

Thanks for the suggestion everyone cooldude
