This sounds promising and uniquely simple. I wish fighting all cancers could be this *easy*.

Ok this is not for the faint of heart. But after a few times it’s actually enjoyable. An ounce or so of this vinegar with an equal amount of water and about a quarter of a teaspoon of baking soda. First thing in the morning. Drink it (all at once) when the bubbles go down 50%. Cleans the whole body out.  I can’t be sure but the prostate area even feels better.

PS. Make sure you shake up the vinegar before you pour.

When I was a kid, I had a little plastic rocket that was powered by vinegar and baking soda.  

I'm not sure rocket powered bowel movements is something I'd enjoy.  

The daily fiber (or as I call it, my daily glass of sand) works like a charm.  (and is bad enough)

In any event, a clean bowel may be the best prevention of prostate and rectal trouble.

LOL @ Jess!!  Rocket powered bowel movement is quite an overstatement. But this concoction will help the experience be quick and smooth. In and out in a flash. Nuff said
