The wife and I are at Canton Texas at First Monday Weekend.   It is the Worlds largest trade Days or flea market that occurs the weekend of the first Monday of each month.   According to the internet there are over 400 acres of flea market stuff on these weekends.    Anyways.....my favorite booth is a guy that makes and sells cornmeal using a 1920 Popping Jenny to turn his grinder.  Rather large engine and grinder involved.  A Popping Jenny is a gasoline engine that only fires now and then and when it does fire it turns a large metal wheel that has enough inertia to keep the grinder turning till the engine fires again.   Amazing machine that was used on a lot of devices back in its day.  The valve stems are exposed and have to have oil squirted on them by the operator.   I love to watch it run.
Here is an example:

I remember making home made ice cream as a kid with the hand crank unit.  That thing wore me out.  Grin

Sounds like our kind of place.  We were in Pleasanton TX last year for the annual Windmiller's Tradefair (needed some parts for my windmill).
