So for you heathens who have one, do something for her.

This is a public service announcement.

My dad was always easy to shop for, mom wasn't (and socks gets old, though the non-slip ones were a big hit).

I'll send a card with some Andrew Jackson's in it so she can choose.  And I'll call.

Talked with my mom just a few minutes ago and due to scheduling conflicts I won’t go pick her up for a visit until the Thursday after Mothers Day. We’re both looking forward to it as Christmas was our last face to face visit.
