I wonder who the other person is in the 80-89 category. I know one gent was 83 last year at the closing banquet when the moderator was looking for the oldest rider.

I've been riding a Valkyrie since the age of 20.
I fell in love with it when my dad bought his and I had to wait for 2 more years to ride it legally in Germany.
I will never forget the day I turned 20 and he came over, threw the keys at me and said "Here, go ride the Dragon!"
Best thing that could have ever happened to me.
Can't see myself riding another bike that much with so many smiles and confidence it'll take me anywhere.
Bought my own Valkyrie in 2014, imported it to Canada in 2018, now we just explore the Pacific Northwest.
I'll be riding my Dragon for the rest of my life!
Nothing else compares to this bike in my opinion.
Maybe I'm biased, maybe it's true.
I'm happy, that's what counts!

Well I think I will take the cake in the 20 or less group. At 16 with my main bikes being 1997 standard, 1999 Interstate, and 2002 1800 Goldwing. I got the youngest rider last year at Inzane. I'd say I'd like to win it again but I'd like it even more to see a younger crowd become more prevalent, to keep things like inzane going!

I am 70 and my 25 year old Valkyrie Interstate pulling a camping trailer just out ran the bad weather across South Dakota, parts of Minnesota and back home into Wisconsin, a 900 mile nonstop ride, except for fuel of course. I had two promises to keep 900 miles apart and one decided to come 3 weeks early. I was able to keep both promises.
When it is windy ride like the wind.

Jess, you may want to check the size of your truck. The overall percentages show a huge difference in the genders riding Valks but those ladies that I know who do ride Valkyries are some fine riders. Rams |
