Since Redeye is no longer selling, what is everyone using for a complete o-ring kit?

I've used All Balls Carburetor Rebuild Kit - No. 26-1629 a couple times without any problems.  I know some have complained the o-rings aren't sorted and bagged but I didn't find it to be much of a problem.

 the o-rings are from china.
the question is what grade Buna-n are they? the lower cheaper grade will not last long.  good chance china is selling the cheapest lower grade.

""The acrylonitrile (ACN) content of the polymer chains can vary from 18% to 50%. Lower ACN content gives better low-temperature properties but inferior resistance to fuels and polar lubricants.""

""Standard Nitrile o-rings are usually sulfur-cured. Sulfur-cured compounds offer better low-temperature properties but are more prone to hardening with high temperatures. Peroxide-cured nitrile o-rings have better heat resistance and lower compression sets but are more expensive and more difficult to process. ""

Your comments really don't address the OP's question.  If you can make a suggestion that does please do so.

The question was "Since Redeye is no longer selling, what is everyone using for a complete o-ring kit?"

I've used lots of stuff made in China, some cheaply made and some as good or better than American made.  So far I have no complaints on the All Balls kit.  But If you can suggest an alternative rebuild kit I'd consider it next time I may need to do a rebuild.  As it is now I think I'm close to 5 years on the China kit in my bike and she's still running good.

OEM parts. Fuel rail O-rings still avail.
have had my '98 since new, same OEM carb parts except for jets to support my mods.

What is the Part # for the OEM rebuild kit?  I cant seem to find one other than piecing together bits and pieces and that would be horribly expensive for 6 carbs.

Thats very typical lol. As far as an OEM kit there is not one unfortunately and like you said it would way too expensive to use the OEM rings to rebuild the carbs. You can try reaching out to one of the guys who do carb rebuilds and see if they will sell you the higher quality o-rings they typically use a mix Viton and Buna-N. Other than that the only one I've seen available in stock is the allballs. I did reach out to redeye when I bought some of his o rings for the rear end service and he said the carb rebuild stuff was a distributor issue so Im not sure if he might plan to restock, might be worth reaching out as well.

I just used the All Balls kit, only used the O-Rings, didn't use any of the hardware, jets or needles. I used the RedEye kit 8 years ago and the fuel T between carb 3-5 started leaking about a month ago. Looks like a pretty good kit, we will see.

red-eye kit is viton o-rings.   fuel T leaking tighten the end nuts of the thru bolts that hold the carb bodies together. they do get loose over time.
my scoot did it twice in 83k miles. tightened the nuts, doesn't take much, zero leaks.

Thanks, gents.  Ended-up just using the o-rings only, after ultrasonic cleaning the carbs & jets.  Runs good.  Plated and insured this morning.
