Looks to work pretty well! Is this the liquid/cream or the spray hybrid ceramic wax?
...I really should wash my bikes some day...

Appreciate it... I might pick a bottle up and actually wash my bikes for the first time in years, they definitely need it!
Thanks!

I definitely recommend a good regular waxing before the ceramic treatment.

If you have not cleaned your bike/car lately you should clay bar them first.

Ya I know that clay bar thing is widely used by professional detailers but the clay bar process causes tons of micro scratches. Then you need a rubbing compound. I just skip the clay bar and go straight to the rubbing compound if the finish is a bit rough. Then wax. Perfect

Jeff: results look incredible- Theresa was asking what to use on her SRX. I suggested this, but she balked at labor involved. Gonna have to give it a try!

I like using older tech Lucas Slick Mist spray wax as got I PLENTY of it but I also use it on my bike windshields exclusively after a good cleaning. I'm still using the same small bottle for 13 yrs.

Put a hybrid ceramic coating over your wax you like and you won’t believe the difference. At least with the Meguiars product, there was no problem going back to my favorite wax before a second coat after a few months

Both look great! What ever you used on the bags, I’d be tempted to use it on the tire sidewalls on the car. You really got this thing for “Cobra”…even tires.

The ceramic shine lasted six or seven months so I did a second coat Saturday. WOW. Second coat is like magic. Jeff, I have two kinds of ceramic spray, and today used it to polish up my kitchen stainless and counters, appliances and then bathroom porcelain, tub and hardware (all after a good cleaning), and it does a fantastic job there too. (I already did my bikes) It's 107 outside so I had to come in and find something to do. (I know, FL is hot too) June in VA, and we still have July and August to deal with.

It's one thing to ban license plate covers (clear, tint, or one I used to have with a special reflective coating which purportedly defeated any camera trying to copy my plate number) It's another to ban simple frames that do not cover any readable part of the plate. I don't run a frame on my truck plate, but both my Valks have beautiful frames (one with a built in row of bright LEDs for extra brake lights, I would not want to give up).

I’ve used Mcguire’s cleaner wax for years (since high school) on all my vehicles. Does a great job getting all the stuck on stuff oll vs clay bar and compound…. The rest of the year I used too used Mcguire’s spay wax, but now I use Wizards deltailer on the whole bike the rest of the year. I keep it in the bike to touch up and clean the windshield…. Someone on here turned me on to it… but nterested in the stuff you’re talking about.
