Me being type II for 24 yrs. I've been fighting my A1C the past 2 yrs. I started using 6000mg of cinnamon a day for 9 mos. with 20 mins. 5 days a week average on Schwinn AirDyne. I went from 7.8 to 6.1 and all my related lab work results was making my doctor almost dance when I seen him Monday. My options before this was $500 a month prescription or insulin.

Been ProstaGenix for prostrate and doing much much better. Was using saw palmetto w/o much success for 3 yr.

And I'm not affiliated with any manufacturer.  Grin

I had also read that cinnamon was good for diabetes. Did not know that taking that much
was going to do the trick. Cool.

I've also read that Jerusalem Artichoke, or Sunchoke is very good for diabetes.

Can't find any in my area.

Do you know which cinnamon you use?

Both Ceylon and cassia are healthy and delicious. However, if you intend to consume large amounts of this spice or take a supplement, cassia can be harmful because of the coumarin content. At the end of the day, Ceylon cinnamon is better quality and much safer.J
