Would you please keep your habit of repeating unreflected assumptions and feeled "truth" to your favourite playground, the VRCC PaM Board.
There you can shine along with your 3 other mudslinging colleagues.
Your post doesn't meet the experience off ALL others here.
@DeathWishBikerDude: take Moskee's offer. Get qualified help there.
What a shame that reliable tech info has to be communicated by p.m. lately just because some loud and persistent fellows don't get it and can't stop posting B.S.

wow! kinda nasty there, -Mike-. what an uneducated attacking comment u made to me and others.
even the service manual makes reference to check all nuts and bolts.
-Mike- you disagree with the Honda engineers who wrote the book? u should go badmouth them.
yet u fall for some of the scare tactics some mechanics use to get work who say they need to rebuild all of the carbs when if anything it is only the plastic fuel T's that might need new o-rings.
And you do not know by background with carbs, o-rings and troubleshooting.
Furthermore many have tried my suggestion and reported that the leak/s stopped and they rode on with zero problems.
mine started leaking once during a temp change. I tightened the ends nuts leak stopped and still riding 50k miles later and zero leaks. and for your ignorance the nuts were very slightly loose took about a 1/32 of a turn to tighten and then the LEAK STOPPED!!
I have industrial experience working with o-rings in pneumatic systems under pressure,
Do you -mike-??
