Happened in Fort Wayne Indiana.
No fatalities.
Both folks were initially charged, the shooter in the red minivan had his charges dismissed, the young man who FAFO'ed (But lived) I can't find the outcome of his charges.

First I’m going to say screwing around on the highway is stupidity at its finest anywhere and it’s even more ridiculous in states with right to carry.
Now I’m not in support of the way the guy in the red van drove, however one thing the above video did not provide was better or any audio of what the guy in the car said when exiting his car and approached the van. I watched and listened closely and carefully several times and it sounds like he said “I’m gonna kill you bro” so right there is enough to defend himself. He’s trapped in the van and blocked in with nowhere to escape and the guy outside is verbally announcing his intentions then hits and smashed the window in one punch…seconds have passed. IMO opinion flight is ruled out, the van driver I’m assuming is out numbered, the only thing left is to defend himself. Both drivers should have been ticketed for the way they drove and what led to the whole situation including the innocent bystander who was injured.
