KickShift Install Instructions Wanted

anyone that has installed one i am wanting to get a copy of the instructions (scanned or faxed) to me also showing what all is suppose to come with it bought a floorboard and kickshift set up but not sure if i got everything and how to install it.

I've just scanned and emailed to you the instructions sent with my Kick Shift.  Let me know if you have trouble with this large file.  I scanned it at 300 DPI because I think some of the illustrations would be hard to see otherwise.

Hey Bud i was about to print another copy of the instructions as my parts arrived and i must have dumped that darn email...  i did print once but must have left at work if youcould resend that same ermail that would be awsome if not i can check at work tommorow for my print out....
