I know this is short notice but this ride is on the calendar every year. The weather has need touch and go up here but Monday the 30th is looking great. I know it’s a long shot but if any of you was wanting to kick tires with 500-700 bikes from all over and have the best fried chicken in the world. Let me know and see if we can work something out

Google “last ride of the year” if you don’t know what I’m talking about

Looked like around 1,000 bikes, perfect weather and great fried chicken. It’s the only time in the year I eat fried food but they have the best!!

Jeff, what do you think,  Huh? I thought it’d be cool to pickup this thread from your last year thread for this Last Ride of the Year! Not a short notice to the guys that might want to join us? I’ve gotten approval to go. Looks like it is on Saturday 27th. Let me know if you want to run with it or I can start a new thread!  coolsmiley

That’s great. I’m planning on going if the weather is good. However, the last ride is always on the 30th of December. That should be a Tuesday.

That’s right a few years ago they changed it to always be on the 30th Undecided Living close by I made the 30th pretty easy now I’m 300 miles away but still planning to go but not down & back in 1 day. I wish they would go back to the last Saturday of the month Wink

I'm calling it a definite maybe. cooldude
Depends on calendar events I've not been informed of yet. I'm sure I'll be informed at some point. And weather events have a habit of changing the best made plans.
In Fl. the local Abate group did a New Years day ride. Some folks had a hard time getting themselves gathered up after the previous nights festivities. cheers
Let's just say some didn't appreciate the slogan "Loud pipes save lives" on January 1st. at 8:00 AM. tickedoff
